While watching a channel, look up on the tab where close icon is located. There is louder icon next to it. You accidentally clicked on this icon. That's why there's no sound.

Click on louder icon once more!!!

Channels get muted whilst watching. You have to unmute it all the time. Does anyone have any idea why it happens and how to resolve it?
