how can i see wich channels CC captions subtitles have or not have on it ?

They have the Fox Business mixed up with Bloomberg channel, wish they would fix that, I like the Fox Business its very good.

It keeps saying sign up for more HD, anyone know how to sign up? I see on the feedback page they have colored numbers and I have tried it many colors but can't get it to work? Anyone know please post here on how to send them a message. Thank you, Rudyman
