I understood - The reason is overloading of stream server. So we can't do anything about it. Too many visitors in one moment.

when watching ITV it is ok all day but about 9pm it blocks and sometimes the audio stays but not the picture. I have had my internet connection line checked and all is ok. glad to see you checked all but it does go back to normal after about 40/50 min. in which time I have missed the film

I've just checked it out. It works right. Explain in details - what's the problem? May be your speed of Internet connection is too low or server where stream is located overloaded (too many visitors for this channel in this moment).
